This is Mr. Freeze going all out by freezing the entire city of Gotham. The news hits and the Gotham Knights are gathered around the TV. Mr. Freeze managed to create a giant ice storm covering and originating from Elliot Tower. The Gotham Knights must stop Mr. Freeze before the ice throws Gotham back to the ice age.

Conversely, if WB Games Montréal sticks to its guns and removes Batman from the story completely, it would show incredible dedication to crafting a truly unique, daring game with Gotham
A lot of people are comparing Gotham Knights to Arkham Knight, which makes sense. However, I think comparing it to Spider-Man makes I just as much sense. And after playing Spider-Man right after Gotham Knights… wow. The combat in Spider-Man is just so much more fluid.
